Terms & Conditions
All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars on a per-night basis and include GST of 15%.
All accounts must be settled directly with the Meadows Villa in New Zealand Dollars.
Payment will be taken in full, either at the time of booking or on arrival and Proof of ID will be required on arrival and presentation of a credit card.
All cancellations must be received no later than 2 days prior to your arrival.
If you cancel 2 days prior to your arrival or less, you will be charged 100% of the total accommodation amount. This includes no-shows and cancellations of nights after arrival.
Please note, special events and promotional room rates/offers – a no-cancellation policy applies, which means, no refunds or changes are permitted.
All cancellations and amendments must be received in writing.
All bookings made in person, online or over the phone require a valid Credit Card number with name and expiry details to confirm the reservation. Alternatively, we can accept an online direct credit deposit to our account.
Arrival & Checkout time
Check-in time is between 2-00 pm and 9-30pm Check-out time is 10-00 am.
Refunds will only be made to the credit card debited for the original transaction.
Any damage to or degradation of property is the responsibility of the registered guest. Fees and costs for repairs, replacement, and /or extra cleaning are the responsibility of the registered guest.
A no-smoking policy applies throughout the unit.
